Prospective clients must have at least one multifamily property with a minimum of 80 units in Florida that they want us to manage. in Florida. Clients may have additional units located outside of Florida, but must maintain at least 80 units within Florida to be considered. Interested parties should fill in the inquiry form or contact us via phone or email.
We will begin by scheduling a free property assessment and/or mystery shop, where an executive team member or regional property manager will visit your property and determine how we can help. We will then write up our findings in a comprehensive report, no charge or commitment required. From here, we will schedule a phone call or in-person meeting to have an open conversation about the property, and will follow up with a full business proposal for your consideration.
If our visions are aligned, we will negotiate a management agreement and fee that is tailored for your portfolio. Once the agreement is executed, we are ready to begin right away with our tried-and-true onboarding process designed for swift and stress free management transitions.
